Processing Times
Processing times vary depending on the product and order volume. Most orders are processed within 3โ7 business days unless otherwise stated.
Please note:
- Processing time does not include shipping time
- Holidays, weekends, and high-volume seasons may extend processing times
- Custom and handmade products may require additional time
Shipping Policy
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. My Area Elevated is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Shipping carrier delays are outside of our control.
Product Information
Because many of our products are handmade or crafted in small batches, slight variations in color, texture, appearance, and fragrance may occur. These variations are normal and make each product unique.
For body care products:
- Store in a cool, dry place
- Avoid direct heat and sunlight
- Discontinue use if irritation occurs
- Perform a patch test before full use
For incense and fragrance products:
- Never leave burning incense unattended
- Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials
- Use products only as directed
Returns & Refunds
We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery for non-custom items that remain unused and in original condition.
Certain products may not qualify for return due to hygiene or product nature.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you promptly.
