Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label when applicable. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it quickly.

We stand behind our work, and if there’s an error on our end, we will make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.
